LiveMediaWorks provides complete audio-visual and technical support for live events, with equipment, expert setup and on-site assistance for corporate conferences, weddings and large-scale productions.

How we work an event
Technical support that stays invisible to your guests
The point of good event AV is that nobody notices it. Here is the sequence we follow on every event we support.
- 01
Plan the room
We go through the venue, the schedule and the audience size to work out what the room actually needs — speaker placement, screen size, microphone types and power.
- 02
Set up and test
Equipment is set up and tested before doors open: levels checked, presentations loaded, microphones confirmed, cabling run safely and kept out of sight.
- 03
Support on site
A technician stays with the event to run sound, switch presenters, cue video and deal with anything unexpected while it is still small.
- 04
Strike and clean up
At the end we pack down, clear cabling and leave the space the way we found it.
